Project Control Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and review contractor schedules for project compliance.
• Engage contractors to develop delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans.
• Develop activity-level schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Maintain detailed deliverable lists for design projects with project and engineering managers.
• Implement deliverable-based progress measurement and coordinate periodic updates.
• Use Earned Value Management to evaluate schedule and cost performance.
• Maintain weekly Earned Value Analysis dashboards at project and sector levels.
• Review contractor construction schedules, monitor progress, and report against accepted programs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly construction project progress reports.
• Develop proposal schedules for new pursuits.
• Attend meetings and present schedule and progress matters.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience working on entertainment or leisure projects.
• Proven Earned Value Management experience in performance analysis and reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English with effective communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Ability to represent Parsons in client meetings and presentations.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, including complex spreadsheets.
• Ability to perform in a managerial capacity and knowledge of industry practices.
