Leads project controls across the ECI stage and Design & Build delivery, managing cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated reporting for cost, schedule, and risk.
- Track milestones linked to the payment schedule.
- Monitor deliverables vs. interim payment triggers.
- Support Project Director with forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
- 15+ years’ experience in project controls on large-scale projects.
- Prior exposure to sports facilities or mega-event venues preferred.
Skills
Primavera P6, cost control systems, reporting dashboards.
