Role overview
Fard Foodstuff Industry LLC is seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist to support factory expansion and industrial development projects in Dubai.
The role supports complex industrial projects and works closely with site teams and management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking.
- Monitor project budgets, capital expenditure, cash flow, and actual versus planned costs.
- Track construction, machinery procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, Finance, Operations, and Management.
- Identify schedule delays, cost deviations, and project risks at an early stage.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor contractor performance and follow up on pending actions.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, variations, and project records.
- Support management with project forecasting and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Three to five or more years of relevant Project Control experience.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, factory construction, or food-processing projects is preferred.
