Lead the development and ongoing management of project schedules and budgets, leveraging tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel to drive accurate reporting
Support Front-End Planning activities, including scope definition, risk assessments, estimating, and facilitation of project planning workshops
Monitor and analyze project performance, delivering regular cost and schedule updates, variance analysis, and forward-looking forecasts
Drive effective change management practices by maintaining baselines, assessing impacts, and ensuring plans reflect approved changes
Deliver high-quality insights and reporting by building dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using Excel and business intelligence tools
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, construction, finance, and external contractors to gather inputs, track progress, and align on forecasts
Contribute to overall project success by supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods. Maintaining a high-performance culture and excellence is a core expectation of every member of our leadership team and is rewarded through the established compensation framework.
