We are seeking a Project Construction Manager to oversee planning, cost estimation, time scheduling, and stakeholder coordination for construction projects. The role involves managing project documents, plans, subcontractors, and human resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Plan all components of projects
- Estimate cost (B.O.Q) with technical office of project
- Develop cost control plan with technical office
- Develop control plan of project with technical office
- Create time schedule of projects with technical office
- Conduct meetings with consultant and all stakeholders
- Prepare project documents
- Prepare all different types of plans with consultant office
- Review plans and meetings with consultant to correct errors or modifications before execution
- Determine specifications and method of statement with consultant
- Check QS of projects materials and products with engineer of technical office
- Make submittal schedule and determine suppliers for projects
Requirements
- Experience in project planning, cost estimation, and time scheduling
- Ability to manage project documents and plans
- Experience with subcontractor and supplier management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and specifications
