Position Overview
The position is Project Coordinator for solar EPC projects in the Projects department.
The listed location is Mumbai, and the work location is in person.
The role requests 4–8 years of experience.
Qualifications
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a diploma with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, solar, or EPC projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and vendors for project execution.
- Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare project plans and daily, weekly, and monthly progress and MIS reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor delivery schedules.
- Follow up with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Maintain BOQs, drawings, approvals, work orders, and correspondence.
- Assist with manpower, equipment, and resource planning.
- Escalate project delays, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate site mobilization and confirm documents and materials are available.
- Support billing, work completion reports, and project handover documentation.
