Role Overview
Project & Change Execution Manager - CRM Change, VP based in Mumbai, India.
The role reports to the Portfolio Manager and operates governance, reporting and portfolio management across a complex change portfolio.
The role partners with Business, Technology and Change teams to improve structure, discipline and consistency across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the governance framework for a change portfolio, supporting transparency and clear decision-making.
- Provide consolidated visibility of delivery progress, priorities, risks, dependencies and key decisions across the ETRM book of work.
- Support portfolio planning, demand management and prioritisation against strategic objectives, capacity and funding constraints.
- Facilitate governance forums and ensure preparation, outcomes and follow-up actions are completed.
- Provide management information covering delivery, financials, resources, milestones and benefits realisation.
- Manage cross-programme dependencies, risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and driving timely resolution.
- Build relationships across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology and Change functions.
- Maintain portfolio standards, governance documentation, RAID processes, delivery plans and audit-ready artefacts.
- Improve PMO processes, reporting and governance practices to increase consistency, efficiency and transparency.
