Role overview
The Project Billing Analyst manages financial transactions for active data center and hyperscale infrastructure construction projects.
The role works with project controls, cost analysis, project management, procurement, and accounts payable teams.
The position supports accurate cost reporting, capital expenditure tracking, payment compliance, and audit-ready records.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of project billing, accounts payable, or construction finance experience on capital-intensive projects.
- Hands-on experience with Service Entry Sheets and invoice workflows in SAP, Oracle, or a comparable ERP.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to resolve financial discrepancies independently.
- Experience in relevant construction billing environments, Procore, e-Builder, Oracle Primavera, high-volume invoice processing, and three-way matching is preferred.
