Responsibilities:
Review insurance application data to evaluate eligibility for Advance Payment of Premium Tax Credits (APTC) on State-based health insurance exchanges.
Determine improper payments of APTC, report on findings, resolve discrepancies, and close appeal cases.
Present findings to project leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in annual program updates based on health policy analysis.
Lead execution of tasks to ensure smooth project execution and efficiency.
Perform oversight and quality review for work products produced by team members.
Manage information in project management tools like Airtable, including data management and interface coordination.
Act as a central point of contact for team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress and communicate status with project leadership.

Experience working with or for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of health insurance exchanges preferred, but not required.
