About the Role
Virvance LLE seeks a Partnerships Team Assistant based in the UAE to represent the remote team at meetings, events, and partner engagements. You will provide administrative support, manage outreach, and build relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Represent the remote Partnerships team during client, vendor, and partner meetings across the UAE
- Coordinate and facilitate on site meetings, ensuring presentation materials and virtual meeting technology are set up
- Take detailed meeting minutes and share updates with the remote team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular follow ups
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and exhibitions on behalf of the company
- Communicate effectively with Arabic speaking partners, providing translation when required
- Source, engage, and build relationships with vendors and service providers
- Identify and reach out to influencers, KOLs, ambassadors, and strategic partners
- Assist with partnership activations and sponsorship agreements
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in person meetings across multiple time zones
- Maintain CRM records and organize contracts, NDAs, proposals, and partnership documentation
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for team members visiting the UAE
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, partnerships, business development, account management, or related role
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Possession of a valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel locally is preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Partnerships Team Assistant based in the UAE.
- You will serve as our official 'boots on the ground,' representing the company at meetings, networking events, conferences, and partner engagements across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, partnerships, business development, account management, or related role.
