Project Assistant - Clinical Safety at Medpace, Inc. — Stirling, GBR | Base Career

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team.

This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.

Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.
Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
Assist with case processing activities as delegated.
Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
Perform other tasks as needed.
A-levels - desirable, GCSEs – requirement (English, Science and Maths grade 6 - 9/A - C).
Administrative experience is beneficial.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.
Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
