As a Project Architect at Ackerman Estvold Engineering and Consulting, you will lead architectural projects in Minot, ND, from client engagement to construction completion. This critical role encompasses a blend of technical leadership and project management, ensuring that all designs align with client objectives while adhering to regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with consultants and internal teams, managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to maintain optimal financial performance and client satisfaction.

To excel as a Project Architect at Ackerman Estvold Engineering and Consulting, candidates must possess a Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution and have a current North Dakota architectural registration or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire. A minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural design and consulting experience is essential, including managing project scope, budgets, and financial performance. Candidates should demonstrate a strong knowledge of construction materials, building systems, codes, and regulatory standards, as well as specifications and cost considerations. Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities are crucial for collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
