As a Project Architect at Ackerman Estvold Engineering and Consulting, you will lead architectural projects in Minot, ND, from client engagement to construction completion. This critical role encompasses a blend of technical leadership and project management, ensuring that all designs align with client objectives while adhering to regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with consultants and internal teams, managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to maintain optimal financial performance and client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include planning and designing diverse project types, preparing construction documents, and overseeing construction administration to confirm adherence to design intent. Additionally, you will contribute to the refinement of architectural standards and mentor junior staff to uphold the firm's values.
