Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Architect role based in Dubai.
The Project Architect oversees architectural design development and execution from concept through completion.
The role supports delivery of innovative luxury-focused designs aligned with the company's vision.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and manage project timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.
- Review submittals and coordinate technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements.
- Use Building Information Modeling technologies in architectural project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architecture and the ability to create and interpret architectural designs and drawings.
- Experience in project management and oversight of project timelines.
- Knowledge of and experience with BIM technologies.
- Understanding of submittals and technical document review and coordination.
- Familiarity with LEED principles and practices is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with clients and consultants.
- Ability to meet strict timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Prior luxury residential project experience and knowledge of UAE building regulations are highly desirable.
