Role Overview
Project Architect role supporting interior fit-out and construction projects in Dubai, UAE.
The role requires experience managing architectural works from design development through project completion.
Location and Employment
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- The role includes regular site inspections and coordination with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Ensure drawings and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review material samples, finishes, mock-ups, RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor architectural quality and progress, resolve technical issues, and support delivery to required standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
