We are excited to invite applications for the position of Project Administrator at LRI Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to develop your organizational and project management skills while supporting a variety of consulting projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Organize and prioritize tasks for technical staff to support efficient daily operations and timely project completion.

Set up projects by preparing price quotes, service details, and proposals in Salesforce.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather and manage information, track progress, and address project needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce.

Track and report project milestones, including activation, updates, and closure.

Review and format documents for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism before client delivery.

Provide general administrative support to the team, including assistance with proposals and ad hoc tasks.

Oversee project workflows from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are accurate and professionally presented.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clarifying requirements and aligning expectations.

Monitor project timelines, following up with clients and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency.
