Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation, submission, and follow up of tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project requirements and tender clarifications.
  • Handle all project related NOCs and authority approvals (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, DP World, etc.).
  • Maintain and update tender logs, project records, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and supporting tender documentation.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely submissions.
  • Review contract documents and monitor contractual obligations, variations, and extensions of time.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to collect technical and commercial inputs for tenders.
  • Track project milestones, approvals, and deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow up on payments, invoices, and commercial matters with clients and subcontractors.
