Project Administrator

Gregory Construction is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Administrator to support our field leadership on active heavy civil construction projects.

This position plays a critical role in keeping projects organized, supporting daily operations, and ensuring accurate project documentation from start to finish.

As a Project Administrator, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents while serving as a key connection between the field and corporate teams.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Maintain organized project files, schedules, logs, and documentation.
• Process employee timecards, payroll information, and workforce records.
• Coordinate communication between field personnel, office staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
• Track safety documentation, training records, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with employee onboarding and project workforce documentation.
• Support project meetings by preparing agendas, tracking action items, and documenting follow-up.
• Help maintain organized, professional project offices and meeting spaces.
• Provide timely updates and administrative support as project needs evolve.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience; construction experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
