Project Administrator - Bridge Engineering

Location: Rocky Hill, CT | Full-Time | On-Site

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a highly organized Project Administrator – Bridge Engineering to support bridge engineering projects in Connecticut.

The Project Administrator – Bridge Engineering will provide project coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative support for our bridge engineering team.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage project records, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Supports the bridge engineering project team with project documentation, correspondence, reports, and deliverable tracking.
• Collect Daily Work Reports from subconsultants and submit them to clients.
• Order equipment for bridge inspections.
• Collect and review invoices for bridge inspections and coordinate with the Accounting Department for processing.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining project files, technical documents, design submissions, inspection reports, and client correspondence.
• Track deadlines and project milestones to support timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, inspectors, subconsultants, contractors, and clients to support project communication and workflow.
• Assist with preparation, formatting, quality checks, and distribution of project reports and technical documents.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready project records in accordance with company and client requirements.
