Role overview

What you'll be doing

• Manage project communication and document management systems, including A Site and CEMAR, while maintaining governance standards and escalating priority issues.
• Administer user access, permissions, workspaces, and document control processes within HARP.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system effectiveness, and efficiency across the project.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and project events, including schedules, agendas, documentation, actions, and follow-up.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting packs, minutes, correspondence, and project updates to keep activities organised and on track.
• Act as a key contact for colleagues, contractors, regulators, and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate records, SharePoint folders, and project documentation.
