Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Supports project managers and the wider team with day to day administrative tasks.
- Involves scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, maintaining project files, handling correspondence, coordinating with departments and partners, assisting with reports and data entry, tracking timelines, and organizing logistics.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office), basic data entry, and document management tools.
- Relevant experience in project administration, office management, or similar support role, ideally within engineering, construction, or technical sectors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate within a multicultural team, and maintain professionalism.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
