Project Admin (Traveling)

Type: Temporary | 1 year

Schedule: 6x10s, Monday–Saturday | Per diem paid 7 days/week

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Administrator to support daily administrative and operational functions on our Daytona construction site.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site Superintendent, foremen, and trades teams (millwrights, ironworkers, welders, etc.) to keep the project running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role requiring a proactive, hands-on individual.

• Maintain project documentation: contracts, permits, and site records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Track deliverables and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records for site personnel and submit to payroll

• Support the PM and Superintendent with coordination of site activities and resources
• Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination
• Monitor project budgets, invoices, and expenses
• Coordinate communication between foremen and management
• Manage document control to keep site records current
