Project Admin/Coordinator

Understanding of procurement or contract administration processes

Exposure to project or financial systems (e.g. Jobpac, JAMS, SAP or similar)

Use of PMO systems to track projects

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to work across multiple stakeholders

Experience in project coordination or administration within construction, infrastructure, or maintenance is highly desirable

Experience in civil, road, tunnel or infrastructure maintenance environments is highly desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
