- Reconcile project Escrow Accounts, prepare escrow release applications, and support RERA financial audits
- Coordinate with escrow banks, project auditors, and technical consultants to process payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE Real Estate/Property Development sector
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software/CRMs
- Hands on knowledge of TAS and DLD portals (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to manage day to day financial operations and regulatory compliance for our property development projects in Dubai. This role handles transactional accounting, escrow reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
