Position Overview:
To ensure company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly. Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies. Working directly with the field to ensure billings are done correctly, and in a timely fashion. This role requires the employee to be results oriented and organized by having a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Duties and Required Skills:
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from field and from customers.
- Resolves collections by reaching out to past due customers for payment.
- Resolves outstanding variance purchase orders by reaching out to customers for issuance.
- Maintain logs for billing work completed (daily and weekly).
- Respond to and resolve customers billing issues and questions.
- Update project manager revenue projections monthly.
- Weekly reporting to benchmark A/R collections.
- Coordinating quality repairs with customers and repair team.
- Ability to send requested information to field personnel in a timely fashion
- Ability to properly estimate materials needed for work
- Maintains par levels on bulk ordered materials
- Handles phone sales from crews/repair teams
- Creates/Maintains weekly schedules for crews
- Creates/Maintains monthly schedules for repairs
- Facilitates field to expedite billings, and ensure their correctness
