Flexible work arrangement: Onsite
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Programs & Services, the Programs & Services Resource Lead plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of programs, camps, and events across Conservation Halton.
Through the coordination of staffing, records management, and operational resources, this position helps ensure teams are equipped to deliver exceptional visitor experiences while maximizing program capacity, efficiency, and service excellence.
