TESOC Multicultural Settlement and Community Services is a nonprofit organization providing immigration, settlement, and support services to newcomers and diverse communities across the Greater Toronto Area.
Role Overview
The Programs Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for driving program and organizational improvements.
The role designs, implements, and analyzes data-driven performance indicators, measurements, and strategies to assess program effectiveness and community impact.
The position provides recommendations on programs, supports compliance with grant and contribution agreements, and improves data-informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and quality assurance.
Duration, Schedule, and Compensation
- The position runs from October 5, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with the possibility of an extension.
- The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM at Birchmount and Friday from 8:15 AM to 2:30 PM at Lansdowne, subject to operational changes.
- The role provides 27.5 paid hours per week and pays $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
