Programs Business Development Manager - Specialty Insurance (remote US)

Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree .

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business or a related field is required.
• Advanced industry certification such as CPCU, ARE, et al are preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of Property and Casualty experience preferably in an underwriting and/or product development role.
• Minimum of five (5) years of delegated underwriting authority capacity (carrier or program admin) experience; or prior experience/roles in where insurance portfolio evaluation was critical. E.g. Reinsurance underwriter, M&A underwriting.

Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate’s skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors.

It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $121,500 and $$203,400 .

Work is performed in a virtual office environment or in the field with minimal hazards.

Travel is required, with occasional overnight stays.

Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.

Driver's license is required.
