We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a part-time basis.
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications to drive high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver software solutions that meet the needs of a global leader in the AI industry.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best software engineering practices to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and reliability, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall software development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, Golang, Full-stack, Java, and Node.js, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including agile development and continuous integration, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and debugging, to maintain and optimize software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
