• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated software-development experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalent) to design, develop, and deliver production software.

must include coding in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, C++), modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless), Git-based workflows (e.g., GitFlow or trunk-based development), and end-to-end delivery through automated testing to production deployment on Kubernetes, cloud, or virtualized environments.

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated DevSecOps experience configuring automated security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanners) as CI/CD quality gates in a highly regulated Government or DoD-mandated environment such as OSA, Platform One, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience coding, integrating, and maintaining resilient software architectures designed for DDIL environments, afloat/ashore PaaS environments such as Navy ACS or USMC CHE (or equivalent), and securely integrating software with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS).

• Bachelor's degree, STEM or related; experience in lieu of degree

• U.S. Citizenship required
• No dual citizenship
• Active Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility required
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred

• Onsite

• Within laboratories and vessels, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).

Work Environment: PMAT offices as needed.

In some cases, work in a government facility may be required.

Travel may be required for customer engagement, team coordination, and potentially for business development.
