Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Education/ Qualifications
· Diploma in Engineering / ITI / Machinist.
· CNC Programming preferably in Die / Mould making
· CAD/CAM software, Auto CAD / Pro-E / Master cam / Unigraphic (UG).
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of CNC Programming experience
· Experience in 5 Axis CNC machines. Preferably DMG machines.
Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge
· In depth understanding of G-codes
· Ability to read Engineering drawing, knowledge of various CNC controls and post processing.
· Experience in 3D modelling on UG / PRO-E, etc.
· Knowledge on Machinability of different metals
· Conversant with cutting tools & parameters like speed, feed, etc.
· Precision measuring instruments & gauges
· Knowledge of Quality systems and procedures
