Develops, tests, implements, and maintains software applications, system integrations, reports, and technology solutions that support institutional operations.
Configures, maintains, and enhances forms, workflows, and business processes within enterprise applications and related systems.
Collaborates with end users to analyze business requirements, evaluate feasibility, and design technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Develops functional and technical specifications for application development, system enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions.
Troubleshoots, analyzes, and resolves application, data, and system issues; collaborates with functional users and vendors to identify, implement, and support effective solutions.
Develops and maintains technical documentation and provides training, guidance, and support to end users on technology solutions and business processes.
Monitors application performance, data integrity, and system functionality and recommends improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Information Technology.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Hours per week: 35
