Projactive is hiring an experienced Programme / PMO Manager for a major technology transformation programme in Saudi Arabia’s financial services and capital markets sector.
The role supports replacement and transformation of a business-critical capital markets platform across business, technology, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
The position is full-time and client-facing.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the integrated programme plan, milestones, and critical path.
- Lead programme governance, reporting, and executive-level status management.
- Manage RAID, dependencies, decisions, actions, and change control.
- Coordinate business, technology, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Track requirements, implementation, testing, UAT, data migration, and readiness activities.
- Support regulatory and market-readiness activities where applicable.
- Drive issue resolution and escalate critical programme risks.
- Monitor programme performance, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Prepare Steering Committee and senior management reporting.
- Support cutover, go-live readiness, and transition into operations.
Candidate requirements
- At least 8 years of project, programme management, or PMO experience.
- Experience managing large technology transformation programmes.
- Strong programme governance and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Experience with multiple vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle from requirements through go-live.
- Excellent executive reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, high-pressure delivery environments.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in capital markets, brokerage, securities, OMS, trading platforms, investment management technology, financial services transformation, or regulatory technology is advantageous.
Location and availability
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires strong engagement with client stakeholders.
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama and short-notice availability will be prioritised.
