Role overview
Senior individual contributor Programme Manager responsible for turning strategic direction into structured, trackable delivery.
The role spans Trade Lifecycle and partners with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and CRM.
The role does not manage teams but shapes how initiatives are delivered, embedded, and measured.
Key responsibilities
- Own critical Trade Lifecycle initiatives from scoping and planning through execution and review.
- Lead tooling changes across Retention, Credit Control, and Trade Support.
- Define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure teams can use new systems effectively.
- Standardise processes that are inconsistent, undocumented, or breaking down under scale.
- Manage stakeholder communication, rollout sequencing, training, and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Trade Lifecycle, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and CRM.
- Own reporting infrastructure and KPIs for transformation delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in programme, operations, or strategy delivery.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives through measurable outcomes.
