Opportunity
Drive end-to-end delivery for the enterprise digital asset custody enabler across Phases 2 and 3.
Translate strategic intent into operational delivery across Investor Services, Commercial Banking, Personal Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management.
Maintain enterprise-grade security, compliance, and operational standards.
Programme Responsibilities
- Lead custody enabler programme delivery and serve as the Managing Director's primary delegate for execution.
- Coordinate cross-enabler dependencies within the Digital Asset Oversight Committee framework.
- Own programme governance, reporting, stakeholder alignment, resource management, and team management.
- Develop business cases and Programme Approval Requests.
- Manage vendors, third parties, programme risks, compliance, and change activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 7 years in financial services with progressive programme or project management responsibility.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
- Expertise in governance design, stakeholder management, dependency mapping, risk management, and executive reporting.
