Role Overview
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the MENAT region to improve business performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk controls, and colleague productivity.
Manage change from initiation to closure across standalone projects and wider programmes, delivering defined outcomes on time and within budget.
Governance and Delivery
- Participate in senior governance, risk management, and internal control forums.
- Provide reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, benefits, and decisions required.
- Coordinate investment cases, scope changes, milestone signoffs, and post-implementation reviews.
- Maintain governance records and align Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations stakeholders.
- Own transformation initiatives covering strategic change, process redesign, operating models, digitization, efficiency, and control uplift.
- Create roadmaps covering business cases, sequencing, resourcing, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Track financial and non-financial benefits and take corrective action where benefits are at risk.
Leadership and Change
- Lead discovery, root-cause analysis, target-state design, and end-to-end programme delivery.
