• Establish and lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) for enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, client, system integrator, and third-party vendor teams.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and programme controls are consistently applied throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Manage interfaces across workstreams to support integrated delivery and successful business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders.
• Present programme status, risks, financials, and strategic recommendations to executive audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and drive timely decision-making.
• Influence stakeholders and delivery teams without direct authority.
• Develop and maintain PMO standards, templates, tools, and reporting processes.
• Mentor project managers and workstream leads on programme governance and delivery best practices.
• Promote consistency, transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence across the programme.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Programme Management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the BlackRock Aladdin platform, including implementation, migration, enhancement, or transformation programmes.
• Prior management consulting experience with a leading consulting firm or equivalent advisory experience supporting complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience establishing, building, and maturing enterprise Programme Management Office (PMO) functions.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and third-party vendors.
• Strong expertise in integrated planning, programme governance, RAID management, executive reporting, financial management, and portfolio oversight.
• Experience delivering programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
