Programme Delivery Manager - INSIDE IR35 Contractor for 6 months

Within the first six months, you will:

Successfully manage the ramp-up of engineering and quality resources.

Establish robust governance and reporting.

Maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Ensure resource demand and capacity remain aligned.

Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.

Create a scalable operating model capable of supporting future growth.

Ramp-up experience – Proven delivery of 10 + personnel

Stakeholder management – Able to manage customer, engineering, quality and leadership teams effectively

Commercial awareness – Understands revenue, utilisation, margins and scope control

Ownership mentality – Brings solutions and fights problems

Recruitment knowledge – Experienced in hiring, onboarding and workforce planning

Risk management – Identifies issues early and drives mitigation
