What You Will Bring:
3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad technology, business analytics, yield management, or a related analytical role.
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, real-time bidding (RTB), and publisher monetization strategies.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or Datadog.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Experience supporting publisher monetization, yield optimization, or supply-side advertising platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with automation workflows, advanced analytics tools, and evolving programmatic trends such as header bidding and identity solutions.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $72,000 - $120,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
