The Program Supervisor (Legal Programs) supports the strategic, academic, and operational management of the Legal Programs portfolio within Academic Programs and Learning Innovation, which includes programs in Law, Human Resources, and Organizational Development.

Working under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Supervisor helps ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and responsiveness to workforce and community needs across a diverse portfolio of professional education offerings.

The Program Supervisor serves as the Director's operational designee when delegated and provides leadership in the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs and initiatives. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including Teaching & Learning, Marketing & Communications, Academic Advising and Student Success, Enrollment Management, and other Academic Affairs and administrative units, to ensure a high-quality and consistent experience for instructors, students, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution, using data-informed decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement practices to advance program quality, enrollment growth, student success, and organizational impact.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with instructors and industry partners, and support the development of innovative educational offerings that align with industry trends and workforce needs.

• 5+ years Minimum experience in managing academic or professional education programs. (Required)
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent internal and external customer service, with professionalism, fairness, dignity, and respect. (Required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, well crafted reports, course descriptions, marketing copy, and correspondence. (Required)
• Knowledge of curriculum development, adult learning theory, and educational operations. (Required)
