Program Supervisor - Homeless Services

SUMMARY : This position is responsible for overall program integrity, daily operation, budget compliance and development of the Housing Resource Center and Homeless Services program at Commonwealth Catholic Charities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

· Coordinate and supervise all aspects of assigned projects and ensure that programs operate according to established best practices and within their established operating budgets.

· Provide supervision of staff in their daily performance of program duties to include the development and implementation of service standards, goals, and objectives.

Ensures staff and/or volunteer coverage is available for all program components.

· Responsible for the quality of case record documentation, both manually and electronically.

· Ensures completion and submission of program reports and coordinates accreditation process for each program component.

Serves as the main contact for site visits, monitoring, and audits.

· Ensures data quality in appropriate HMIS software and performs client file reviews regularly to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
