This position supports the work of the YMCA of Northern Alberta, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Program Supervisor supports the supervision and implementation of Programming at Kickstand Edmonton, supporting youth between the ages of 11-25 and their families. The Program Supervisor will act as a positive role model for staff, volunteers, community members, and participants, embracing the YMCA of Northern Alberta’s core values of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Caring, and Inclusion. The successful candidate will support the operations manager in building and maintaining Kickstand program and facility, effectively run programs and initiatives that aim to help youth build the skills necessary for managing the challenges they face.
This position requires use of a vehicle and must be able to support a schedule that includes working shifts of days, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends based on program and staffing needs.
