Program Supervisor/ BCBA Candidate

• Actively enrolled in Master’s-level BCBA coursework or currently hold a BCaBA
• Have at least 2 years of ABA experience
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented
• Self-aware, solutions-focused, and able to navigate challenges effectively
• Comfortable learning new technology; proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
• Able to work independently while balancing evolving priorities

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Behavior Management Solutions (BxM) is a BCBA owned-and-run ABA organization that provides quality behavior analysis services for families, organizations, and clients of all ages and capabilities.

We use behavior-analytic science to analyze client behaviors and skills and develop interventions and programming to decrease problematic behavior and increase appropriate functioning.

We provide functional behavioral assessments, functional analyses, full-time instructional RBT aides, as well as consultation services across environments.

The pay range for this role is:

40.00 - 50.00 USD per hour (California)
