Responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert for fiduciary workload processing, conducting reviews and mentoring employees.
- Develop local operating procedures and training plans to ensure quality processing of fiduciary actions.
- Deliver training to employees in various formats including in person and technology based.
- Perform individual quality reviews of completed and in process actions to monitor performance.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- 1 year of specialized experience at GS 09 level for GS 11, or Ph.D. equivalent
- Selective Service Registration for males born after 12/31/1959
- Subject to background/security investigation
- 1 year probationary period

Duties
- Responsible for propriety and technical sufficiency of Fiduciary Hub workload activities.
- Serves as technical expert for division's workload processing through reviews, mentoring, and training.
- Communicates trends or problem areas identified during training and quality review process.
- Develops methods to ensure quality processing of fiduciary actions, including local operating procedures.
- Assists in preparing division's annual training plan and training outlines/lesson plans.
- Delivers training to new and journey level employees in person and via technology.
- Performs individual quality reviews of completed and in process actions.
- Develops methods for mentoring team members on technical aspects of the job.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Selective Service Registration for males born after 12/31/1959.
- May be required to serve a probationary period.
- Subject to background/security investigation.
- Must complete online onboarding process.
Qualifications
- GS 11: 1 year specialized experience equivalent to GS 09 in fiduciary program and training, or Ph.D. equivalent.
- GS 12: 1 year specialized experience equivalent to GS 11 in developing training and quality reviewing work.
- Time in grade requirements apply for current Federal employees.
