Successful completion of an office administration, business administration, or related program; • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and customer support to clients who may be emotional and/or distressed; • Experience researching, administering, and explaining (in plain language) policies and procedures; • Experience with financial transactions, administrative services including petty cash, and preparing various financial reports.
Candidates with education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be considered equally.
