Quadrus Corporation is seeking a Program Scheduler that will serve as a key operational partner and assistant to Program Managers and Principal Investigators.

This role develops, maintains, and communicates integrated program and manufacturing schedules; tracks material procurements; and coordinates physical shipments of deliverables.

The position ensures schedule visibility, maximizes manufacturing equipment utilization, identifies impacts from decisions or changes, and supports on-time program execution through proactive coordination with internal stakeholders, purchasing, and external vendors/customers.

• Coordinate with Program Managers and Principal Investigators to develop, maintain, and update integrated program schedules (daily or weekly cadence depending on program needs). Provide regular status updates to management and customers. Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to identify and assess schedule impacts of decisions, risks, and changing circumstances throughout the program lifecycle.
