Communication, Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement – 40%
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ECHOs, developing strong working relationships with Hub Team members, participants, presenters, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear, timely, and professional communication before, during, and after ECHO sessions.
• Support participant engagement, retention, case recruitment, and overall learning collaborative participation.
• Provide basic technical assistance and guidance related to ECHO participation and MTN technology platforms.
• Participate in and help lead key meetings, including Operations Huddles, Operations/Outreach meetings, Strategic Planning, and Annual Planning.
• Identify concerns and opportunities and appropriately escalate issues to MTN/Show-Me ECHO leadership.
2.
ECHO Operations & Program Management – 35%
• Coordinate all aspects of assigned ECHOs, including pre-session preparation, live session support, and post-session follow-up using established processes and standards.
• Partner with Hub Teams to ensure successful implementation of ECHO sessions, programming, and learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate and organized ECHO materials, including didactics, case presentations, handouts, participant resources, guides, and program documentation.
• Support ECHO fidelity and quality by identifying operational or programmatic concerns and working with Hub Teams and MTN leadership to address them.
• Support ongoing program evaluation, annual planning, mid-series reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with MTN teams to ensure continuity across education, outreach, communications, technology, and data functions.
3.
Data, Technology & Quality Improvement – 15%
• Maintain proficiency in MTN systems and platforms, including Zoom, Salesforce, SharePoint, REDCap, and Microsoft Office.
• Maintain accurate and timely participant, attendance, program, and other required data.
• Run routine reports and support data collection, evaluation, and performance tracking for leadership and Hub Teams.
• Use program data and feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen participation, engagement, and ECHO effectiveness.
• Support data integrity and consistent use of MTN/Show-Me ECHO systems and processes.
