Provides technical writing and strategic messaging support as a qualified professional.
Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Experience supporting weapons acquisition programs is preferred.
Experience tracking procurement actions and updating spend plans using the AMS Tool Suite, including the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program management processes and procedures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Mater's Degree.
Associate degree plus Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
U.S. citizenship.
Active DoD Secret clearance are required.
