- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Identifies, collects, manages and reports all Government property and material inventories in support of engineering, manufacturing, development, production, procurement, sustainment and maintenance efforts
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Contract documentation generation and review
- Financial/Acquisition documentation generation and review

- A minimum of years of 3 to 10 years professional experience in the desired field of experience.
- At least (1) year of NAVAIR identification, collection, management and reporting of all Government property and material inventories in the program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management.
- BA/BS degree in a business, management, or technical discipline.
- Allowable Substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

- U.S. Citizenship required.
