Requirements
- Master's degree in Agriculture, Entomolgy, Agri-Business, or related disciplines.
- 2–6 years of agri-sector experience, preferably with government, research institutes, NGOs, or development organizations.
- Experience implementing digital agriculture, AgTech, AI/ML advisory systems, or ICT-based extensions.
- Deep understanding of Meghalaya's farming systems, hill agriculture, agro-climatic conditions, and major crops.
- Experience collaborating with government stakeholders, KVKs, ICAR, FPOs, or community organizations.
- Knowledge of agricultural extension, crop production, pest management, and climate-smart agriculture.
- Familiarity with mobile advisories, data collection apps, GIS solutions, or AI decision systems.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, training, documentation, and coordination.
- Ability to work independently in the field and travel extensively across Meghalaya.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Khasi, Garo, or local languages preferred.
