Mobilising cohort from the catchment and counseling them properly ● Organising introduction and orientation sessions with all onboarded ENTs ● Conduct the Business Plan sessions with all converted ENTs ● Schedule various exposure activities like webinars, seminars, workshops etc. ● Regular meetings to assess work progress, Highlight challenges and Constraints ● To provide guidance and assistance to them timely ● Make prepare their required business compliances and documents ● Take proper income evidence like Cashbooks, Bank Statement such records ● Evaluate ENTs performance in delivering the required outputs as planned ● Ensure the implementation of assigned work plans as per the given timelines ● Ensure to meet not only the target but also the outputs and outcomes ● Daily reporting to the senior manager of the project or program ● Time to time data updation on Pratham's MIS systems ● Extensive field work is expected for project implementation and monitoring
